Cultural services accessible to all

The Culture for All website is intended to give guidance and inspiration for achieving greater accessibility. It contains examples and tips on improving the accessibility of cultural sites and services. The Culture for All Internet site is primarily intended for workers in the culture sector.

The website is maintained by the Community Relations and Development Department KEHYS/Finnish National Gallery. The Cultural Diversity Project coordinated by the Finnish National Gallery is also run under KEHYS.

It is supported by the Finnish Ministry of Education, the Nordic Council of Ministers´ Museum Committee and the Nordic Culture Fund.

Living Library Goes Virtual

Ask whatever comes to mind! The living library is a method that aims to enhance interaction and dialogue between people. Books in the living virtual library are ordinary people living around Finland but they all belong to groups that are often exposed to prejudice and easily stereotyped by other people.
